Refer Your Friends To FitBUX, Earn Money!

You will earn money when the friends you refer

 - Upgrade to our FitBUX Solution and continue using our service for at least 90 days and/or

 - Refinance all/some of their student loans with our student loan refinance service. 

When the person you refer upgrades to the FitBUX Solution, your payout will be triggered the calendar quarter following their 90th day using our service.

The terms below govern your participation in FitBUX's Solution Program  which (the “Referral Program”) described below. The Referral Program is open to any consumer who registers on FitBUX’s website and who resides in the United States (the “Eligible Referrer(s)”).  For the sake of clarity, the FitBUX Solution is not a free account.  The FitBUX Solution is when an individual signs up and pays for our premium membership which entails month to month subscription payments.

Eligible Referrers are limited to refer friends, colleagues, family members, and other people they (collectively, the “Eligible Recipient(s)”) believe may be interested using the FitBUX Solution as described in a specific promotional campaign. FitBUX reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participating in the Referral Program at any time. The Eligible Referrers will NOT receive a  Referral Bonus for referrals for any other FitBUX products. Anyone who violates these terms and conditions is ineligible for payment of any bonus.

To receive credit for a referral under the  Referral Program, Eligible Referrers must send their unique referral link to an Eligible Recipient, the Eligible Recipient must use their Eligible Referrer’s unique referral link and subscribe to FiBUX's membership services within 120 days after receipt of the Eligible Referrer’s unique referral link, and the Eligible Recipient must meet the terms and conditions of the specific promotional campaign associated with the unique referral link that was used for the referral.  

If the Eligible Recipient uses the Eligible Referrer’s unique referral link and meets the terms and conditions of the specific promotional campaign associated with that unique referral link, FitBUX or its designee shall pay to (a) the Eligible Referrer, a referral bonus paid via Amazon gift card in the amount specified in the promotional campaign associated with the unique referral link that was used for the referral (the “Referral Bonus”). Only one Referral Bonus will be awarded for each referred Eligible Loan Recipient, regardless of whether the Eligible Recipient signs up multiple times. An Eligible Referrer will not earn aReferral Bonus if the Eligible Recipient has or had an existing FitBUX profile, or if the Eligible Recipient does not use the unique referral link provided by the Eligible Referrer.  In addition, if the Eligible recipient cancels their subscription within 90 days of first payment, no Referral Bonus will be paid to the Eligible Referrer. 

Participation in the Referral Program serves as a one-time limited waiver of privacy rights by both parties, whereby each may become aware of the presence of an account relationship with FitBUX.

There is no cap in cumulative referrals or welcome bonuses under these Referral Programs within any calendar year. However, FitBUX reserves the right to, at any time, limit the maximum number of times a Referral Link can be used. Referral Bonuses and Welcome Bonuses are each considered miscellaneous income and may be reportable to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC (or Form 1042-S, if applicable).

Other than as set forth herein, you agree not to compensate or accept any compensation from applicants whom you refer to FitBUX through any of the corresponding Referral Programs described above. You further agree that your activities will be limited to referring potential customers as described above, so they may independently decide whether to apply. You may not collect information from eligible recipients under any Referral Program, assist with filling out an application, or discuss specific product terms.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, in soliciting referrals. Eligible referrers may not purchase internet search terms or publicly advertise FitBUX's products or name in any fashion. Further, any distribution of a program link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam,” any content which impersonates or implies an affiliation with or endorsement by FitBUX or any FitBUX subsidiary, or any actions which otherwise violate any terms or conditions imposed by FitBUX, or that FitBUX determines in its sole discretion to be fraudulent in nature, are prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination from a Referral Program. We will not honor referral payments for referrals which are generated using any of the foregoing means.

Your participation in a Referral Program is solely as an independent contractor. Neither you nor FitBUX intend to establish an employment relationship, and you are not entitled to any benefits. We may require completion of a Form W-9 prior to payment of any referral or welcome bonus. 

FitBUX reserves the right to temporarily, or permanently modify or discontinue the Referral Programs at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice to you.
