Excellent experience! By far the most helpful people I talked to when figuring out what I should do with my student loans after graduation.
It is a very confusing and complicated process, but they were able to make it simple and answer my long list of questions. He laid out all of the options with all of the pros and cons for each one. He listened to what I wanted/needed and let me make the decisions that were best for me.
There was no pushiness or judgment, only openness and honesty. He was able to set up phone calls when they were convenient for me and sent followup emails that included the details of what was discussed during the phone calls. I worked with Joe and he was amazing! Highly recommend!
