I’ve expressed how pleased I was with this service in the past, but I needed to update due to how much FitBux, and especially Edmund, have helped me navigate my loan repayment.

I have had a few phone calls with Edmund to discuss some of my repayment options and strategies and he has also walked me through refinancing with screen sharing. He put a lot of effort into ensuring I was confident with my options and gave me advice along the way.

Edmund has also reached out to me via email to check in and ask if I needed assistance with the process, even calling their contacts at the refinancing company to check up on the status of my application/request. I have also found that FitBux’s website provides useful tools to plan out your loan repayment and to determine how long it will take to repay your loans based on different strategies. I cannot recommend this company and these people enough!
