Joseph is awesome! First phone call he spent over an hour with me talking about strategies that I could do that would help me in the long run with my loans (even strategies that didn’t involve refinancing through him). I was so skeptical at first, but Joseph has really been there through the whole process answering questions, calls, and even offering to get on phone with me to talk to associates of loan companies. I just starting paying back my loans in January and he has already saved me a ton of money each month!
