Every now and then, you might receive a notice that an account isn’t linked or isn’t updating. To fix this, follow the steps below.
1.) On the FitBUX Dashboard, go to the left side of the screen and click ‘Account’.
2.) If you have any accounts that aren’t updating, they will be highlighted in red. When you click on it, you’ll be asked to re-link the account. Follow the same steps as before, and your account will update again.
