I’ve been reading and writing about Human Capital in a few of my last few posts.  Click here to have a better understanding of what Human Capital is.  I didn’t realize there was a term when I returned to pursue my fellow status, but spending my last two years studying increased my human capital.

Human Capital isn’t just finance, it can affect you as a PT!

Here is another article highlighting how 2 PT’s with similar education but different human capital have different earning potentials.

Don’t be left behind.  What can you do to increase your human capital and thus your earning potential?  Do you speak another language?  Are you a whiz at Excel or Powerpoint?  What else?
