I actually like them.<\/p>\n<h2>Celebrity Home Loans History &amp; Advantages Of Working With Them<\/h2>\n<p>Celebrity was started in 2006 and has since provided more than $20 billion in home loans.<\/p>\n<p>One of the cool things about them that is different is they are employee owned.\u00a0 This is a big deal because most employees at big lenders are just &#8220;paper pushers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Since they have no stake in the company they don&#8217;t care. They just want a paycheck.<\/p>\n<p>Since Celebrity is employee owned company, almost everyone you work with has a vested interest in you having a good experience.<\/p>\n<p>These results are highly evident.\u00a0 They have a 4.9 rating on Experience.com.\u00a0 Most of the time I do not put a lot of stake into reviews from sites such as Experience. However, that rating comes from close to 20,000 people leaving reviews!\u00a0 Therefore, I take notice.<\/p>\n<p>They also have an array of mortgage options including FHA loans, conventional loans, VA loans, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitbux.com\/articles\/professional-mortgage-loan\/\">professional home loans<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Disadvantages Of Working With Celebrity Home Loans: Confusion<\/h2>\n<p>Working with Celebrity Home Loans can be confusing two ways.<\/p>\n<h3>Disadvantage #1<\/h3>\n<p>Celebrity has good technology in regards to their application.\u00a0 The problem is finding it.<\/p>\n<p>When you go to their website and click apply, you can&#8217;t actually apply.\u00a0 The reason being is the first question asks which loan officer you are working with.<\/p>\n<p>Most lenders don&#8217;t do this.\u00a0 You just click and go through the application then it assigns you to a loan officer at the end.<\/p>\n<p>With Celebrity you have to navigate to their Directory, then select a loan officer, then it takes you to the application.\u00a0 If you don&#8217;t click around on the site, you would never have known this.<\/p>\n<h3>Disadvantage #2<\/h3>\n<p>Most of Celebrities business doesn&#8217;t come from consumers working directly with them.\u00a0 Instead it comes from various brands.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, consumers get really confused with who they are working with.<\/p>\n<p>For example, you might be a client of North West Lending. However, they aren&#8217;t the actual lender. Celebrity is.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, when you are working with one of their partners, you can get really confused on who is who.<\/p>\n<p>This confusion reduces simplicity and I like simplicity a lot!<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>This review was short and simple.
